Participating Consumer Terms and Conditions
As a consumer who visited a Pennzoil Company d/b/a SOPUS Products (“SOPUS Products”) contracted installer in the U.S.A. offering Pennzoil® motor oils (“Installer”), you (“consumer(s)” or “you”) are eligible to participate in this Pennzoil® Text Rewards Program (the “Program”) powered by Digital Rocket, provided you comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Program is sponsored by SOPUS Products, 150 N Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX, 77079.

1) Program Period
a) The Program begins on January 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on December 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Program Period”).
2) Consumer Enrollment
a) Consumers must opt in to the Program by using their cell phone and texting a unique code to enroll. Limit one (1) opt-in per mobile phone number. No purchase necessary to opt in.
b) Consumers may opt in to participate in the Program at any time during the Program Period.

3) Pennzoil® or Quaker State® Text Rewards Program Offers and Coupons
a) As soon as consumers text in the Installer’s unique code, they will receive a welcome text message with a URL link that allows them to opt in to the Program. Consumers must click on the link and accept the Terms and Conditions to opt in to the Program. Once they opt in, they are redirected to a landing page with a welcome offer, such as a sweepstakes. Consumers must follow the instructions and rules to participate in the sweepstakes.
b) Coupons that are issued as part of this Program are good towards Up to $15.00 off a Pennzoil® Full Synthetic oil change at an enrolled Installer location (“Coupon(s)”).
c) Each Coupon will have a unique coupon code (“Coupon Code”). Coupon Codes may be shared with another person(s) but may only be redeemed one (1) time.
d) Consumers opting in duri ng the Program Period will receive a Coupon Code via text 5 days after opting in. They will also receive a Coupon Code via text 180 days after opting in (“Bounce Back Coupon Code”). Participating consumers will continue to receive Bounce Back Coupon Codes from time to time during the Program Period at the sole discretion of Digital Rocket and SOPUS Products. Participating consumers may receive up to two (2) text messages per month during the Program Period. Coupon Codes expire on the date listed on the Coupon. Participating consumers may redeem a maximum of three (3) Coupons during the Program Period.
e) Coupon Codes cannot be reissued or recovered if deleted, lost or stolen. Coupon Codes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
f) The maximum number of Coupon Codes a consumer may receive in 2021 is two (2) per month during the Program Period. Coupon Codes will be sent via text and by enrolling in the Program, a consumer consents to receive such text messages. If the Installer opts out of the Program; and/or the Installer ceases to be a Pennzoil or Quaker State Installer, the consumer will no longer receive Coupon Codes.
g) By enrolling in the Program, each consumer expressly agrees to receive up to two (2) text messages per month during the Program Period using automated technology in response to his/her enrollment. Text messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas.
4) Restrictions Applicable to Consumers
a) Use of another person’s cell phone number to obtain Coupon Codes is strictly prohibited. Use of fictitious names, multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to fraudulently obtain additional Coupon Codes is a violation of federal law and may result in prosecution.
b) Standard data plan rates may apply. Other charges may also apply; consumers must check their mobile plan for rates/details relating to participation in the Program.
c) This offer may not be published in any publication, electronic or printed, without written permission from SOPUS Products and Digital Rocket.
d) SOPUS Products and Digital Rocket reserve the right to modify, extend or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice.
e) Offer valid only in the U.S.A. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
f) DIGITAL ROCKET AND SOPUS PRODUCTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION ERRORS RESULTING IN OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATIONS OR TRANSMISSION, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATIONS OF SUBMISSION FORM MATERIALS, OR FOR TECHNICAL, NETWORK, TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT, ELECTRONIC, COMPUTER, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE MALFUNCTIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF ANY KIND, OR INACCURATE TRANSMISSIONS OF OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR CELL PHONE CARRIER DISRUPTION OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF.
